Our Story
It All Started at Disneyland
It all started in 2019 when we met at Disneyland during college. What began as a friendship through our shared friend group quickly grew into something more as we spent the summer texting and getting to know each other.
At the start of our sophomore year, Jacob asked me out, and the rest is history. Many of our first dates were spent wandering Disneyland together, creating memories that would become the foundation of our relationship.
Over the next six years, we learned that love isn't measured by distance. Whether we were driving for hours, catching flights to see each other, or navigating long distance seasons, every mile was worth it. Along the way, I successfully converted Jacob into a cat person, we explored Europe together, watched more movies than we can count, and built a life filled with laughter, adventure, and unwavering support.
On our sixth anniversary, we returned to Monterey, the place where we celebrated our very first anniversary. While driving along the breathtaking 17-Mile Drive, Jacob asked me to marry him. As if that moment wasn't perfect enough, our closest friends and family surprised me (of course Jacob knew), waiting to celebrate with us.
Now we're looking forward to our greatest adventure yet and can't wait to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter with all of you.
